LLC “DZS” produces a wide range of body tools with replaceable inserts, both standard and special:

  • holders for turning all types
  • drill
  • end mills, end mills and special
  • blocks, cassettes and boring bars
  • cut-off holders

All tools are equipped with imported screws and clamps, mainly Pramet. The standard tool is supplied in plastic tubes, similar to imported counterparts.
Coating – BlackFast cold oxidation. Nickel plating on request.
For body tools, steel grades are used: 40X, 38XMYUA, 65G.

Holders of DZS LLC are successfully used at many industrial enterprises in the CIS to replace the products of Sandvik, Ceratizit, Horn, Iscar, etc.:

LLC “DZS” has its own facilities for the production of carbide backing plates of all types.

ООО «ДЗС» производит широкий спектр корпусного инструмента со сменными пластинами, как стандартного, так и специального:

  • державки для токарной обработки всех типов
  • сверла
  • фрезы торцевые, концевые и специальные
  • блоки, кассеты и борштанги
  • отрезные державки

Весь инструмент комплектуется импортными винтами и прижимами, преимущественно Pramet. Стандартный инструмент поставляется в пластиковых тубусах, аналогично импортных аналогов.
Покрытие – холодная оксидация BlackFast. По запросу – никелирование.
Для корпусного инструмента применяются марки сталей: 40Х, 38ХМЮА, 65Г.
